You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
2. Description of Services
AutoRecruit AI provides AI-powered voice recruitment services that enable automated candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation through advanced natural language processing and machine learning technologies.

Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
AI Limitations
While our AI technology is advanced, it should complement, not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions. Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the employer.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

User Content

6. Voice Data and AI Processing
Our services involve processing voice data and personal information. This section outlines key aspects of this processing.

Termination by AutoRecruit AI
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Security breaches or threats
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will retain your data according to our retention policy and legal requirements.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
